Shipping Methods

We primarily use freight carriers and specialized logistics partners for shipping heavy and oversized items such as valves and components. Shipping methods and carriers will be selected based on the nature of the product, destination, and customer requirements.

Shipping Rates

Because our products vary greatly in weight and dimensions, shipping rates are calculated on a per-order basis. Once your order is received, we will:

• Review the size and weight of your items

• Determine the most cost-effective and safe shipping method

• Contact you with a detailed shipping quote for approval prior to dispatch

Note: We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping due to the specialized nature of our products.

Shipping Timeline

Lead times will vary based on product availability, customization, and destination. After confirming your order and shipping quote:

• Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days

• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship across the continental United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact us directly for options and pricing.

Freight Delivery Requirements

For freight deliveries:

• A loading dock or forklift may be required at the delivery location

• Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery

• Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork before accepting the shipment

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.

Customer Pickup

If you prefer to arrange your own freight or pick up items from our facility, please let us know in advance. We’ll coordinate with your team to ensure a smooth handoff.
