At Fire Defense Components Manufacturing and Supply LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the specialized nature of our inventory—including heavy, custom, and made-to-order fire defense components—all sales are considered final unless stated otherwise in writing.
No Standard Refunds or Returns
Because our products are often custom-quoted, built-to-spec, or require specialized freight handling:
• We do not offer standard refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify product specifications, dimensions, and application prior to purchase.
• All custom orders, special builds, or modified items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered in limited cases under the following conditions:
1. Order Error by Our Team
If we ship the wrong item or a product that does not match the agreed specifications, we will review the issue and provide a resolution—which may include replacement, return authorization, or refund.
2. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
• You must note the damage on the freight bill of lading before signing.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation.
• We will assist you in filing a freight claim and provide replacement options if eligible.
3. Written Agreement
Any refund or return outside of the above must be agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fees
In cases where a return is accepted, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return freight is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
